She cared for her family at the very early age of 10 when she lost her mother to illness. She married the love of her life A. J. Taylor of Corsicana at the Roane Baptist Church. They settled down and started their family, where Jean worked for Corsicana ISD and later Adams Hats. She was a loving, caring person that showed no anger. If you needed help she was always there for you. She was also the best mother-in-law that any woman was grateful to call Mom. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, A. J. Taylor of Corsicana; sons and daughters-in-law, Jay and Gina Taylor of Mexia and Kenneth and Monica Taylor of Ennis; and one brother and sister-in-law, James and Juanelle Gregory of Granbury; and a daughter-in-law, Wanda Taylor. She was beloved "Grammy" to three grandchildren: Kayla, Meg, and Austin Taylor. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Jean was a wonderful person who will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. The family wishes to thank Hospice of Cedar Creek Lake nursing staff, especially Pam, for making Jean's journey home a little easier. Arrangements by Corley Funeral Home.
