Lee Roy Taylor - Fairfield

Lee Roy Taylor, 71 of Fairfield, passed away Monday, May 21, 2007 at his 
residence.

Born May 11, 1936 in Williamson County to L.L. Taylor and Opal Runnels Taylor.

He retired as supervisor after 33 years with TU, He also enjoyed fishing.

Visitation has been set for Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Griffin-
Roughton Funeral Home in Fairfield and Thursday from 12:00 until service time
at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Minerva. Services will be at 3:00 p.m. with Bro.
Luther Shelander and Pastor W. Miller officiating.

Pallbearers will be Bob Erwin, Doug White, Don Jackson, Gene Cuba, Jerome 
Buchanan, Edric Solomon, Ernie Cates and Sidney Krhovjar.

Surviving relatives include wife Barbara Taylor of Fairfield; sons and 
daughters in law Mark and Dvonne Taylor of Fairfield; Jeff Taylor of Austin.
Shawn and Cherilyn Taylor of Rockdale; daughters and sons in law Lori and Jim
Peterson of Katy; Michelle and Don Jackson of Henderson; 8 grandchildren and 
2 great grandchildren.
