His father was V. B. Newman. He died on July 27, 1934 in Hunt County, Texas. Dr. J. C. Trentham was the attending physician. The informant was Mary Newman, Celeste, Texas. Burial was made on July 27, 1934, at Dulaney Cemetery, Dulaney community, Hunt County, Texas (33017) I couldn't relate Higgins to those on the census or Hunt County deaths because I didn't have a name to get me started!
