All rights reserved http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ***************************************************** Mattie Wentzell Posey     Mattie Wentzell Posey, 78, was born on February 12, 1879, in Texas, the daughter of John Albert Wentzell of Louisiana and Mary Alice Jernigan of Mississippi.  She was a widow, a school teacher in the public schools, and lived at 3115 Tee Anchor, Amarillo, Potter County, Texas.  She died at the Underwood Clinic in Amarillo where she had been a patient for two months.  Bertha A. Wynne was the informant.  She died on September 24, 1957.  Burial was made September 26, 1957, at Llano Cemetery, Amarillo, Texas.   (51307)
