Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 31, 2008, at Forest Park Cemetery under the direction of Coker- Mathews Funeral Home. Randy Daw will officiate. Mrs. Price was born in Celeste on November 16, 1914; the daughter of Earl Hicks Medlin and Jessie Alma Pinkston Medlin. She was the valedictorian of the 1931 Celeste High School graduating class and last attended the 2000 school homecoming. She was married to Frank C. Price. Mrs. Price is survived by her sister, Jean Culver; niece, Sheree Traub and her children, Scott Traub and Jennifer Kieffer; niece, Sandra Tewes and husband Peter Tewes and their children, Tori Smalley, Chris Tewes, Nathaniel McCasland, and Peter Tewes III; and by numerous extended family members across the United States.
