Where We Are
Hartley County is in the northwestern corner of the panhandle region, bordered by New Mexico in the west and one county
away from Oklahoma in the north. The county seat is Channing in the southestern corner of the county. The counties
surrounding us, starting in the west and continuing clockwise are
Union and
Quay counties in New Mexico.
Dallam and
Sherman counties are north of us with
Moore County in the east.
Potter and
Oldham counties are south of us.
