SMITH
Derrick and Bobbie Jo Smith of Artesia announce the birth of 
their daughter.  Amber Nicole Smith was born on January 4.
The newborn has one sister, Dasia Kayleen, who is 11 months old.
Maternal grandparents are Darlene Chaski of Cleveland, Ohio, 
and Robert Wolf of Lancaster, Ohio.  Paternal grandparents are
Margaret (Tiny) Vannatta of Artesia and Wade Smith of Carlsbad, NM.
Great-grandparents are Larry and Ann Crozier of Artesia, Bob
and Dee Short of Ashland, Miss., Maril Munson of Artesia and
Eileen Wolf of Hagerman, NM.
