Where We Are
Wheeler County is on the eastern edge of the Panhandle region. The county seat is also named Wheeler and is located just
north of the center of the county at the intersection of Highways 83 and 152. The counties around us, starting in the
northwest, are
Roberts and
Hemphill in the north with
Roger Mills and
Beckham counties of Oklahoma in the east. Back in Texas,
Collingsworth and
Donley counties cover the southern border and
Gray is to our west.
